Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in Great Britain — England, Scotland and Wales.

We cannot currently deliver to Northern Ireland. Products sold there must meet separate EU product-safety rules that we are not yet set up for. If an order with a Northern Ireland address comes through, we will cancel it and refund you in full. We also do not deliver outside the UK.

Delivery options

• Standard — free. Royal Mail, usually 3–5 working days.
• Express — £2.99. Royal Mail, usually 1–2 working days.

Delivery times are Royal Mail's estimates, not guarantees.

When your order is sent

Orders are packed by hand. Anything ordered before we pack for the day goes out the same working day; everything else goes the next working day. We do not dispatch on Sundays or bank holidays.

If your parcel does not arrive

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, email store@amandos.co.uk with your order number. We will look into it with Royal Mail and, if the parcel is lost, send a replacement or a full refund.
