Changed your mind

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you want to return it, and a further 14 days after that to send it back. You do not need to give a reason. This is your right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To start a return, email store@amandos.co.uk with your order number and the pieces you are sending back. We will reply with the returns address. A short email is enough, but you can also use the model cancellation form at the bottom of this page.

Return postage

If you are returning something because you changed your mind, you pay for the return postage. We recommend a tracked service: until the parcel reaches us, it is your responsibility.

Condition

Please send pieces back in the pouch they arrived in, in the condition you received them. You can handle and try them as you would in a shop.

Earrings go through the skin, so please hold them up to your ear rather than wearing them. If earrings come back worn, or any piece has been handled more than necessary to check it, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value, as the law allows.

Your refund

We refund the price of the returned pieces and the standard delivery cost you paid, to your original payment method, within 14 days of receiving them back. Standard delivery is free. If you chose Express, we refund the cost of the standard option, not the extra you paid for Express.

Faulty or wrong items

If a piece arrives damaged, develops a fault, or is not what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer, and we cover the postage both ways. This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and does not replace them.
